Potassium metabisulphite
Directions for use: The measured amount of potassium metabisulphite is first dissolved into a little quantity of water or must then it is poured into a bucket full of must. Mix well and pour the contents into the mash respectively with the must. Mixing is done by stirring or racking.
Dosage: 14 gr. for 100 kg. of grapes mash (must)
Quantity: 50 gr. for 360 l. of wine
