Dosage and recommendations for use: 1 to 4 gr. depending on the desired sensory and technological effect. The oak particles can be used in two process stages: during fermentation and during maturation of wine. The contact duration can vary from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the combination of all the factors affecting the extraction process.

Packing: 50 gr.
